Who am I
I am a wife, mother, business owner and community service advocate. Raising my 2 great teens along with my husband of 20+ years is an honor and great privilege. I enjoy serving in the town that I live in and the surrounding towns where assistance is needed. I am a firm believer that all aspects of my life set an example for others of how to live, work, and play well. I incorporate those values into my real estate business with the clients that I serve, and the colleagues that I work beside.

When working with buyers, it is important to me to be respectful of the budget, as well as the necessary criteria in a home. if needed, I help you find the best local lender for your purchase. I show all properties. I help you to get the proper inspections. I help with research, and walk you through every step to get you to the closing table. When working with my sellers, I assist with tips to make your home shine with staging and decluttering. I market the property to bring the most amount of buyers. I bring you the best comparable analysis so you have all of the information you need to price your home in todays market. I help you to make short and long term plans for your sale. I organize and negotiate any incoming offers. I bring in the best photographer who will photograph your home in the best light. I advise you on any aspect of your sale, always listing your pros and cons with your best interest at heart.

I believe that honesty, integrity, communication and transparency are the keys to success in the real estate industry. I take pride in my work and am committed to providing my clients with the best possible experience. I do not want to be your realtor for one deal, I want to be your realtor for life.
